鸡小腿配杏子

      Ingredients
    - 1 teaspoon of butter
 - 2 onions, cut into rings
 - 8 chicken drumsticks
 - 2 tablespoons chicken seasoning
 - 16 apricots
 - 50g/1.7 oz raisins
 - 200ml/7 fl oz chicken stock
 - 1/2 bunch flat-leaved parsley, coarsely chopped
 
Preparation
    在煎锅中融化黄油。将洋葱圈煎至透明状。从锅中取出,放于一旁。鸡小腿用鸡精调味。各边煎至金黄。往锅中加入煎好的洋葱、杏子和葡萄干。再煮几分钟。倒入鸡汤并煮沸。调至小火,盖上锅盖,再煮 15-20 分钟。用欧芹点缀。
