Ingredients
  • 120g/4.2 oz all-purpose flour
  • 50g/1.7 oz pecans (toasted)
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 240ml/8.4 fl oz nonfat buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1 large egg
  • Maple syrup
Preparation

将前 8 种原料搅拌在一起,直到混合均匀。在碗中搅打牛奶、油和鸡蛋;倒入面粉中搅拌。大煎锅轻轻涂油加热,倒入一小勺面糊制作煎饼。煎饼烤 2-3 分钟。翻边再烤。放上山核桃仁和枫糖浆。即可食用!
