雞小腿配杏子

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 2 onions, cut into rings
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons chicken seasoning
  • 16 apricots
  • 50g/1.7 oz raisins
  • 200ml/7 fl oz chicken stock
  • 1/2 bunch flat-leaved parsley, coarsely chopped
Preparation

在煎鍋中融化黃油。將洋蔥圈煎至透明狀。從鍋中取出,放於一旁。雞小腿用雞精調味。各邊煎至金黃。往鍋中加入煎好的洋蔥、杏子和葡萄乾。再煮幾分鐘。倒入雞湯並煮沸。調至小火,蓋上鍋蓋,再煮 15-20 分鐘。用歐芹點綴。
