雞湯面

Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2l water
  • 1 large onion (cut in half)
  • 1 large garlic clove (cut in half)
  • 1,5cm piece fresh ginger (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 celery stalks (chopped)
  • 1 leek (chopped)
  • 4 scallions (finely shredded)
  • 120g/4.2 oz egg noodles
  • 4 carrots (peeled and shredded)
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper
Preparation

將雞胸肉和水放入湯鍋中煮沸。調低火力開始燉。加入洋蔥、蒜、生薑、胡椒和鹽。繼續燉 20 分鐘,或直到雞肉柔軟煮熟。取出雞肉、對半切開的洋蔥和蒜頭。將雞肉放於一邊。往湯中加入芹菜、韭蔥和青蔥。將湯煮沸,然後加入麵條並根據包裝說明烹煮。同時,將雞肉切碎,連同切碎的胡蘿蔔一起放入鍋中,繼續煮大約一分鐘。用鹽和胡椒調味,用剁碎的新鮮香菜點綴。
