  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 4 tablespoons pistachio nuts, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Ras el Hanout (Moroccan spice mix)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 pitted dates, chopped
  • Peel of one preserved lemon (Moroccan lemon), thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch flat-leaved parsley, coarsely chopped
Preparation
